A family-friendly, cozy cottage with a slightly modern twist, perfectly located in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Currently in the process of renovations, which you can follow along with at @cozystaysbyjanice.
The town of Boothbay gives you quick access to beautiful coastal Maine, and everything that comes with it. The cottages includes easy access to nearby towns of Southport, Wiscasset, Damariscotta, Rockland and Camden. But even better- stay in town and you’ll be walking distance of great adventures, great seafood and great views everywhere you look.

I have to be honest, the early stages of a build or AirBNB are my FAVORITE. All the dreaming, planning, imagining… it’s truly the best. But I also know intimately the overwhelm that can come with it, so if you’re looking for some insight, advice or tips from someone who’s been there (several times) before I’d love to chat!
