Janice started hosting on Airbnb in 2014 by renting out a room in her house. After realizing how much she LOVED meeting people and sharing her town, she had this crazy idea…maybe she could do this hosting thing in other places close to her heart.
A decade later, Janice and Sean split their time between their two favorite places — North Carolina and Maine —hosting new friends in their 3 properties: Cozy Cabin, Cozy Rock Cabin and Cozy Camp.

The Cabin Culture podcast is where we spend a little more time each week diving deeper into all the fun parts of Cabin Culture. We like to think of this as both the material and imagined expressions of how cabin lovers, dwellers, builders and designers wish to live a more simple and authentic life.
Weekly guests range from cabin owners to designers to builders and dreamers, and aims to give listeners an-hour's escape from the real world each week. If you can’t be at a cabin, listening to the podcast is a good backup option.
